Online Mentoring

Mentoring is a process of post training following up through contacting trainees and guiding them on how to implement the course content on workplace, Nai has been mentoring mentees of ACEP Project trainings after each training, Participants are being mentored through their hubs and HQ based trainers, each trainer is obliged to mentor the participants of the trainings when the training is ended, All reports mentored by Nai mentors are being recorded in an Excel sheet and being reported to the M&E department for further process, the main aim of the mentoring process is to observe and guide the mentees in implementing of the course skills and knowledge learned by mentees  in workplace, beside this in order to persuade the participants for developing report on related training that they have received, Nai trainers distribute the participants certificate of course completion after they develop a report related to the training they have attended.
