Nai supporting open media welcome warmly the process of peace building in Afghanistan. As far as the peace process agreement is going to be signed by the involved parties, at this historical occasion, Nai call on the government that for building peace with any armed groups,  never should victimize the democratic values of recent decade such as civil rights and freedom of speech.

Nai, managing director, Abdul Mujeeb Khelvatgar said in a statement: “We are enthusiastically willing for settling peace in the country but peace should not be a negative cause for breaking the basic rights of civilians and freedom of speech”. Once again Nai wants from the government to give assurance for people that signing peace agreement with armed people will not have any negative effects on civil rights and freedom of speech.
