Nai believes that killing of journalists, media activists and their families is in conflict with the domestic and international law. Killing of journalists and media activists as civilian groups, breached Geneva conventions on rule of war. Thus, that is considered as a war crime and inhuman act.
Nai once again calls and asks from both sides of war, including Taliban, to stop killing civilians, especially journalists and media activists in its attacks to protect journalists and media activists that people could benefits of access to information and freedom of speech in Afghanistan.
